Exchanges

We want the garment to fit. If it doesn't, we'll swap it.

What we accept

Exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and have its tags attached.

Email hello@wearkainos.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm it's available and send you instructions.

You cover return postage. We cover sending the replacement out.

If the size you need has sold out, we'll issue store credit for the full amount you paid.

If something is wrong with it

A print defect, a fault in the garment, or the wrong item sent — that's on us. Email within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, postage included. You won't be asked to pay anything.

Garment dyeing

Faded Cream, Faded Black and Faded Army are garment-dyed. Shade varies slightly from piece to piece, and the colour softens further with washing. That is how the fabric is made, not a fault, and it isn't grounds for exchange.

Garment-dyed darks also release colour in their first several washes. Wash the Valley and Restore tees separately, or with darks only, until they settle — and keep them away from the cream Dawn tee. Colour transferred onto another garment by washing them together is not a manufacturing fault and isn't covered by an exchange, so please follow the care note on the product page and the hangtag.

Refunds

We don't refund for change of mind. Vol. 1 is a limited run, pressed by hand one garment at a time, and a returned piece can't go back into stock the way it would at a larger brand.

If you're unsure about size, the measurements on every product page are the actual garment laid flat. Measure a shirt you already own and compare — it's more reliable than guessing.
