SHIPPING

Every order is pressed, packed and posted from Tennessee.

PROCESSING TIME

3–5 business days. Each garment is heat-pressed by hand, not pulled off a shelf. During a drop this can run longer, and we'll say so on the site if it does.

RATES

• Free shipping on orders $100 and over
• $6 flat on orders under $100

Sent USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Most US addresses arrive 3–5 days after dispatch.

TRACKING

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned. If it hasn't updated within 48 hours, that's usually a carrier scan delay rather than a lost parcel — but email us and we'll chase it.

WHERE WE SHIP

United States only for now. International is coming; join the email list and you'll hear first.

WRONG ADDRESS

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we'll resend it, but you'll be asked to cover postage the second time.
