This was written after Babylon burned Jerusalem to the ground. Lamentations is five poems about that, and chapter 3 sits in the middle of them.
The chapter before it is a list of everything that has gone wrong. Then it stops mid-sentence and says the mercy is new every morning.
Not new again. New. A fresh one, before you have done anything to deserve it.
That is Dawn. Not that what comes next is easy — that it brings new beginnings and mercy. Never earned, but received through the grace and love of Jesus Christ.
The verse runs 13 inches across the back, split by a small cross. The chest carries the KAINOS lockup, small and quiet.

Care
Wash inside out, cold. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.
This one is cream — protect it. Do not wash it with new garment-dyed darks, including the Valley and Restore tees, for their first several washes. Garment-dyed fabric releases colour early on and it will transfer onto cream. Wash it on its own or with other light colours until the darks have settled.
